    We do not initiate contact with any firm clients or provide collections support unless specifically requested. Instead, we focus on providing your staff with the information needed to resolve issues and keep track of accounts receivables. We will only reach out to your clients when requested.
  • Will we be collaborating with the same individual for the duration of our contract?
    We pride ourselves on personalized service and assigning a dedicated billing specialist to each client.   • What time zone are you in? What if our law firm is located in a different time zone?
