Will we be collaborating with the same individual for the duration of our contract?

We pride ourselves on personalized service and assigning a dedicated billing specialist to each client. Your billing specialist will be your main point of contact for the duration of your contract, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. However, in rare cases where there may be a need for a temporary replacement, we will ensure that the replacement individual is highly trained and experienced to maintain the same level of service and familiarity with your account.
How long is the contract period?

We do not require a long-term contract commitment beyond 30 days. We believe in providing exceptional services that surpass expectations, so we do not feel the need to bind firms with contracts. We simply request a 30-day notice in advance for service cancellation.

What time zone are you in? What if our law firm is located in a different time zone?

We understand that many law firms have virtual offices and satellite locations, so our team is flexible and can work with you to accommodate your needs.
